To-Go Containers

ISU Dining To-Go Containers are designed to help the student on the go use up their meals in spite of a busy schedule. The plastic containers can be purchased at any ISU dining center and allow students to grab dining center food on their way to class, their room, a study group or anywhere else they need to eat.  You can purchase a to-go container using your Dining Dollar$

The directions are on the container, but the process is really simple. Once you've purchased your To-Go Container, simply follow the instructions printed below for each To-Go meal:

  1. Bring your To-Go Container to the dining center of your choice.
  2. Hand your ISU card to the checker.
  3. You have 15 minutes to fill your container (lid must close). You can also grab an additional piece of fruit. (Anything beyond 15 minutes means a second meal charge.)
  4. Once you are finished packing your To-Go Container, pick your card up from the checker and enjoy your meal!
  5. The next time you need a meal to go, just bring your clean To-Go Container back and we will provide you with a clean one to use for that meal.

To-Go Bottles

The "Official ISU Dining Water Bottle" is what you can use to take a beverage out of the dining center with you.  This bottle can also be purchased using Dining Dollar$.  This bottle is the only one allowed in dining centers throughout campus and combined with the ISU Dining To-Go Container, it makes for an easy dining center meal on the go. Plus, the Official ISU Dining Water Bottle can be used in retail locations throughout campus for a $.35 discount on all beverages.The bottle is yours to keep, we do not exchange these each time you use your to-go container.

Meal Bundles To Go

Don't forget about meal bundles! Available at several retail locations throughout campus and during breakfast at Conversations, meal bundles are an easy way to use meals from your meal plan at various locations throughout campus. Consisting of your choice of an entrée, sides, and a drink, the meal bundle is portable and always a popular choice among students on the go.
