At Iowa State we are constantly striving to improve services to our students so that they can have access to the best environment possible to learn in. This effort is not spared when it comes to ISU Dining. With the current focus on preventative health problems such as obesity, educating students on how to live a healthier lifestyle is important. Lisa Nolting, RD, LD is a full-time dietitian with ISU Dining. She provides a variety of services for students including special diet consultations, nutrition programs and education, and confidential nutrition counseling.
