Food Allergy Information

Eating Safely

Please contact our registered dietitian by email at trumpy@mail.adp.iastate.edu if you have a food allergy or require a special diet. She can consult with you to help you make healthy food choices and can provide you with additional information about the foods ISU Dining prepares. In addition, the dining centers have ingredient labels for most foods so you are able to avoid foods with particular allergens. If the information you are looking for isn’t readily identified, please talk to the management staff, and they can provide you with ingredient lists or lists of recipes which contain the offending allergen.
