Nutrition Links
The World Wide Web has an unbelievable amount of valuable, trustworthy nutrition information. You could spend days on end "surfing" these sites to increase your knowledge of nutrition. Be aware, however, that not all sites will be giving sound, accurate advice. If you’re unsure, check their sources. Also, compare their advice to that given by a known authority like the American Dietetic Association or another governmental organization. Here is a listing of a few good sites; you’ll find they often lead you to other sites.
