Accessibility Specification

This specification perhaps applies most directly to people with disabilities. The W3 Consortium has issued recommendations on how to make web pages accessible to users who rely on the functionality of audible screen readers, Braille pads, and text-only browsers. Though there is currently no automatic validator, users are encouraged to report any accessibility errors or questions to the Department of Residence Web Designer. The accessibility specification can be read here.
